This role manages non-financial risk control and monitoring processes through data analytics to drive strong non-financial risk management, compliance outcomes, and an improved control environment and culture. The role partners with key stakeholders to uplift non-financial risk management practices and maturity especially around the automated control testing to drive efficiencies across the business through analytics. This role involves leading initiatives to drive risk management optimisation through process simplification, analytics, AI enablement and automation. It supports the simplification of CSA and control assessment, strengthens governance frameworks, and applies data-driven insights to uplift control maturity and efficiency.
