MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Capacity Planning and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning Inventory Management and Inventory Policy Manufacturing processes and lead time structures - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferred - ASCM/APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) strongly preferred - 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, materials management, or manufacturing operations - Deep hands-on experience with MRP, MPS, RCCP, and capacity planning - ERP experience required (Oracle preferred) - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (modeling, scenario analysis, data visualization) Strong understanding of: - Ability to perform scenario modeling and what-if analysis - Strong financial and business acumen (inventory, cost, service trade-offs) - Clear and confident communicator able to present recommendations to leadership - High accountability and ownership mindset - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and drive decisions - Detail-oriented with st...
