The Talent Acquisition Partner position helps find top-tier talent by building world-class teams at our Restaurant Support Center (RSC). In this role, you’ll work across departments and international markets, sourcing for roles from Intern to Manager level, partnering with hiring managers, and creating innovative recruitment strategies that deliver results. Salary Range: $80,300 to $89,585 annually + bonus eligibility . This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors. - Partner with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, build strategic hiring plans, and provide regular recruitment updates and metrics.
