Night (United States of America) Licensed Practical Nurse- Hospice (Field) Provides direct patient care to hospice patients in a variety of settings and levels of care under the direct supervision of an RN. Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays as assigned to provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week care assigned to a variety of teams/duties. - Valid Driver's license with a good driving record; Personal car in good working order - Valid Florida license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - BLS and IV certification per department requirement - Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Surgery Nursing or equivalent - Hospice experience preferred - Graduated from an accredited nursing program, must meet criteria for employment by Halifax Health
