Senior Solutions Architect (AI Solutions)

Job description

Tomorrow.io's Customer Team makes it possible for weather-sensitive industries — including aviation, logistics, supply chain, public sector, energy, and field operations — to operate faster than the speed of weather. We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect (AI Solutions), to help strengthen both how we design solutions for customers and how our own teams operate internally. This is a role for someone who can bridge business priorities, technical architecture, enablement, automation, and applied AI. Roughly half of the role is focused on customer-facing solution work: partnering closely with solution engineers to support discovery, validate feasibility against commitments, shape solution designs for strategic or complex opportunities, and help ensure what we commit to is thoughtful, realistic, and supportable. This person does not replace the solution engineer as the day-to-day technical lead with customers, but works alongside them as a senior architecture partner and escalation point when deeper design or technical judgment is required.
