About the role: As a Gelatin Technician I you will be responsible to weigh the necessary materials and uses the gelatin melters to produce gelatin for the Encapsulation department. The Gelatin Technician I is capable of preparing 1 out of 3 (Soft gel, Vegan gel or Tapioca gel) gel masses and determines the viscosity of gelatin, if applicable, with the appropriate equipment. How will you contribute: Prepares materials for compounding into gel mass. Sets-up and cleans equipment for processing operations.
