Description About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-obsessed Customer Marketing Specialist to help deepen relationships with our customers, amplify their success, and fuel expansion across our customer base. You’ll play a critical role in bringing our customer marketing strategy to life—driving engagement programs, building community, supporting advocacy, and enabling cross-sell and upsell growth.
