POSITION TITLE: Director of Clitheroe CORPS/DEPARTMENT: Clitheroe Center: SUPERVISOR: Alaska Divisional Social Services Secretary FLSA STATUS : Full-Time/40 hours per week; Exempt MISSION STATEMENT: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. SCOPE OF POSITION: The Director of Clitheroe ensures high-quality substance abuse and dual-diagnosis treatment through program integrity and program design. Directs the work of staff engaged in execution of the program, continually evaluates the effectiveness of services provided, and seeks new approaches and funding to fulfill community needs and professional development of Clitheroe staff. They will list and maintain community participation and support for the program, working as required to further the goals of serving people with substance use disorders throughout the state of Alaska.
