About the role: The VP of Clinical Strategy & Integration serves as the operational architect and connective tissue of the Clinical organization, responsible for driving product/services development and execution across the organization—including Virtual Care, Case Management, Pharmacy, Utilization Management, Provider Network and Member Experience—into a high-performing, unified clinical orchestration ecosystem. By balancing strategic vision with rigorous operational execution, this leader builds the scalable infrastructure, data interoperability, and cross-functional workflows necessary to transform clinical insights into a cohesive, end-to-end care model.
