Proposal Coordinator Department: Corporate/Administrative: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Baton Rouge, LA: Description: Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is looking for a motivated and collaborative Proposal Coordinator to join our Proposal and Marketing team and to expand our footprint across Louisiana and the Gulf South. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for team meetings or proposal deadlines as needed. The Proposal Coordinator will support the design and development of proposals, qualification packages, and other custom marketing materials. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate information across multiple departments and partners. Your Primary Responsibilities will include: - Work closely with leadership, project managers, and technical staff to gather, refine and develop proposal content. - Write, edit and tailor RFP/RFQ responses for clarity, accuracy, and compliance. - Apply Knowledge of municipal, construction, and transportation industries. - Maintaining up-to-date project profiles, resumes, and CRM records (Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred); - Manage information requests with consultant pa...
