About the role: The Yard Technician maintains an organized and efficient yard while supporting marine construction operations on land and in the water. This role is responsible for material staging, inventory control, loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and barges, equipment tagging, and coordinating with crews to ensure accurate tracking and flow of materials. The position also installs and removes piers, boat lifts, and accessories using hand tools and machinery, performing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions while prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.
