Set Pay Rate: 29.56 USD per hour ($3,000.00 Sign-on Bonus) SHIFT: 7:30am-4:00pm: Job Summary: Responsible for diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues. Position requires strong interpersonal skills and compassion and respect for persons with disabilities Essential Functions: - Diagnose and resolve plumbing related issues. - General knowledge and back up of Plumbing skills - Respond to emergency service calls promptly. - Read blueprint, building plans and schematics as required. - Use a variety of power tools hand tools and measuring devices/meters to perform job function. - Perform preventive maintenance on various types plumbing equipment. - Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification, or installation of equipment. - Monitor, identify and respond promptly to malfunctioning of equipment. - Ensures contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of Chimes DC - Performs quality work in accordance with safety procedures. - Comply with priorities for the flow of work - Use technology for the completion of specified job duties - Use and care for equipment properly following all safety requirements - Attend work regularly according to assigned work sc...
