Senior Manager, Application Engineering Technical Lead

As the Senior Engineering Manager, in the Public Site Product Family you will lead multiple teams supporting Vanguard’s digital marketing web experiences. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically AEM, Launch, WebSDK and Target, you will drive business outcomes that lead to higher engagement and conversions of our prospects and clients. In partnership with Product Managers and Engineering Managers across the Public Site family, develop and build the engineering subject matter expertise required to support Vanguard’s web ecosystem. In this role you will: - Collaborate with Product Managers, architects, UX strategists and web teams to deliver next generation, data driven client experiences. - Maintain working knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Launch, WebSDK, and Target to meet and exceed the needs of Vanguard marketing and customer experience teams. - Partner with cross‑channel leaders (mobile, email, advisor, call center, secure site) to ensure consistent, connected investor journeys across touchpoints. - Partner with analytics and data teams to translate behavioral data into actionable product and engineering decisions. -...
