SEND and Inclusion Deputy Head of Faculty

Are you passionate about inclusive education and ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? This is a key leadership role focused on driving high-quality inclusive provision across adult and apprenticeship programmes. You’ll play a central role in shaping strategy, supporting teams and ensuring learners with SEND receive the support they need to achieve and progress. What you’ll do: - Lead and support inclusive learning across adult and apprenticeship provision - Drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment for learners with SEND - Support curriculum teams to embed inclusive practice and meet learner needs - Monitor performance, progress and outcomes, driving continuous improvement - Contribute to the development of SEND and inclusion strategy across the College - Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders - Support compliance with SEND legislation, funding and regulatory requirements - Line manage and develop staff, supporting high performance and professional growth What we’re looking for: We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sectors of the community.
