JOB SUMMARY: Maintains all greenery and landscaping throughout the property including all maintenance of planters and water systems. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: · Must have high school diploma or GED. · Must possess a valid Louisiana driver’s license. · Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team player. · Must possess excellent customer service skill. · Must be able to work any day, any shift. · Must have at least two years previous experience in landscaping or gardening with appropriate certification. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Maintain health, vitality and appearance of all shrubs, trees and ornamental plants. · Maintain and repair all sprinklers and waterlines associated with above areas. · Groom all flower beds and exposes soil on a daily basis. · Assist laborers, when needed, with large jobs. · Must meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
