Pay : $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Caregiver Supervisor to support both caregivers and clients in a hybrid role. This position plays a key role in maintaining caregiver compliance, facilitating client-caregiver matches, and serving as a primary point of contact for ongoing support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in the office and in the field and has reliable transportation. Duties: Qualifications: - Facilitate meet and greets between caregivers and clients to ensure a strong match - Provide ongoing support to caregivers and clients, addressing concerns and problem-solving as needed - Monitor and maintain caregiver compliance, including credentials, trainings, and required documentation - Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers - Conduct caregiver check-ins, coaching, and performance support - Maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers - Collaborate with office team regarding scheduling, staffing needs, and updates - Assist with caregiver trainings and provide ongoing education/support - Complete field visits as needed for introduct...
