Your mission Project Leadership & Client Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and high client satisfaction - Lead multiple concurrent early discovery projects from initiation through delivery - Translate client goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables - Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Scientific Oversight: Oversee and guide scientific activities across: - Hit finding (e.g., protein production, screening, assay development, structure determination, in silico screening) - Hit-to-lead progression - Collaborate with cross-functional scientific teams (e.g., medicinal chemistry, biophysics, computational chemistry, structural biology, biochemistry) - Ensure scientific rigor, data quality, and strategic alignment with client objectives - Interpret and communicate complex scientific data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Resource & Operational Management: - Coordinate internal resources across multiple departments to ensure timely project execution - Monitor project progress, budgets, and scope; adjust plans as needed - Facilitate internal...
