Overview AirForce CyberWorx is an innovation lab focused on optimizing products, processes, and policies using Human-Centered Design best practices focused on cyber capability-melding academic and industry expertise to solve operational problems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a Junior Human-Centered Design Support Specialist to assist with various aspects of human-centered design projects. This role will involve collecting and acting on feedback, creating prototypes, supporting daily team activities, and contributing to project communications. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of human-centered design principles and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Behavioral Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.• Professional Experience: At least three years of relevant experience working as a human-centered designer.• Core Expertise: Basic understanding of human-centered design and/or design thinking with the ability to contribute insights into business processes and solutions.• Specia...
