The HR Manager position based in Milmort (Liège - Belgium) is responsible for supporting the European Distribution Center by providing HR solutions that drive operational performance, enhance employee experience, and foster a culture of excellence. As a partner to the company's Management, the HR Manager will contribute to developing a high-performing, skilled, and adaptable human capital that consistently delivers exceptional results and supports Skechers' ever-evolving growth. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformation initiatives and communicating effectively with all levels of staff.
