HR Administrator - 4 Month Term

Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support workforce systems, attendance management, and employee-facing HR processes. This role will lead the rollout and ongoing support of the ADP mobile app for hourly employees while ensuring accurate attendance and scheduling administration. Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
