Position Summary: The Master HVAC/R Technician provides expert-level technical support, diagnostics, and guidance for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across Texas locations. This role ensures system reliability, energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality repairs by internal technicians and external contractors. The position serves as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert for HVAC/R systems.
