We are delighted to confirm a great opportunity for a HR Reward Partner to join our team at our Head Office, in Willen, Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will deliver a comprehensive Reward service to Daimler Truck UK Limited (DTUK) and Daimler Truck Financial Services UK (DTFS) in line with the overall HR and Business strategy, policy and legal requirements. More about the role Compensation & Benefits: - Act as the subject matter expert on reward and benefits, providing guidance to the HR team and business leaders on reward approaches, benefits policies and market practice. - Monitor industry trends and developments in employee benefits to ensure the company remains informed of relevant market changes and be responsible for cascading any changes and proposing the implementation of changes, where necessary. - Manage relationships with reward and benefits suppliers including company car providers, benefits platform provider and brokers, ensuring contractual performance and value for money. - Annual Salary Review and Bonus – lead the end-to-end delivery of our Annual Salary Review and Annual Bonus processes in line with the agreed timelines. - Lead our annual benefits r...
