This opportunity is suited to individuals passionate about all facets of human resources. You will join a two-year graduate development program designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to real HR projects, and insight into end-to-end people operations. Rotations will cover key HR areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Capability, HR Business Partner Operations and Employee Relations as well as Remuneration and Benefits and more. Throughout the program, you will develop core HR and professional skills including stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, workforce analytics, and employee lifecycle management. Your learning will be supported through mentoring, formal development activities, and on-the-job experience.
