Position Summary: Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, the Facilities Management Electrician II is responsible for maintaining and repairing all University electrical systems and controls up to and including 13,200 volts. The electrician troubleshoots problems to make repairs. The electrician responds to routine and emergency calls for corrective maintenance involving building systems and equipment. The electrician works with switching and troubleshooting medium-voltage systems and switchgear. The electrician works on all building systems wiring and terminations.
