Executive Manager Risk and Controls The Team: Business Banking (BB) offers a wide range of services and solutions for small to medium businesses, enterprises and large corporations, regional and agribusiness customers, as well as stockbroking and margin lending services to retail customers. Within BB, the purpose of the BB Governance team as part of the BB Chief Controls Office is to enable BB leadership to make informed, high-quality, risk/reward decisions in order to achieve operational and strategic goals. Do work that matters: As the Executive Manager Governance, you will lead the BB Governance team to provide advice and support in the optimisation and effective management of non-financial risks; providing mechanisms for monitoring and reporting to senior leadership, introducing efficiency and consistency through automation and standardisation; and promoting ways to create ongoing challenge.
