The opportunity As a Senior Planner you will report to the Lead Planner over the line of business, and E&U Planning Manager and the Program Services Manager working across Water and Wastewater infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring schedules for the program and projects delivered under Downer's SEQ Water team. This full-time permanent role will be based out of the client’s office in Beenleigh with flexible/hybrid working. You will also be required to travel to site when required. What you’ll do: - Work across the Bid and Delivery stages of multiple projects. - Prepare resource and cost loaded detailed project delivery schedules, for allocated projects/work packages, using past construction knowledge and experience that accurately reflect the conditions of the contract, design and specifications. - Maintain and update the project schedule, where applicable, incorporating subcontract schedules, to ensure appropriate execution of work package plans are completed as required. - Ensure compliance with Downer’s Standards and requirements as set by Utilities Performance Commercial & Risk Team, in terms of Schedule Quality and Change Mana...
