Job Description: Portico is searching for a sharp, confident, and service driven Concierge to join our team. This is your chance to combine exceptional guest service with operational vigilance in a role where no two days are the same. What you’ll do: Hours: 42 hours per week, 12 hour shifts from 7am-7pm 4 days on followed by 4 days off. - Be the first line of security and service across all entrances - Follow emergency procedures with precision - Keep the team connected through clear radio communication - Liaise with authorities when incidents arise - Carry out routine patrols and uphold building standards - Manage access controls, alarms, and CCTV - Coordinate rapid responses with on site teams and emergency services - Maintain accurate logs and incident reports - Act as the central hub for eme...
