STATUS: Full-Time LOCATION: ElderOne: DEPARTMENT: EO GEN CLINIC: SCHEDULE: M-F & Potentially Saturdays: 8:00a- 4:30p ATTRIBUTES: - Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing - 2-4 years of experience preferred - Excellent attention to detail - Strong computer and customer service skills - FOR ELDERONE EMPLOYMENT: 1 year working with frail elderly population preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior LPN responsibilities include application/mastery of skills as applicable to the PACE model of care. The duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of multifaceted issues, participant cases or technical skills.
