Overview of the Role: The Paralegal & Corporate Secretariat Support role will provide broad legal and corporate governance assistance across Cloud Capital’s group of entities. The role includes responsibility for managing NDAs, engagement letters, supplier agreements, supporting execution of legal documents, assisting with side letters and other investor documents, and playing a central role in entity management, governance processes, and corporate secretarial oversight.
