Job Description Summary The Medical Scribe supports physicians by documenting patient visits in real time and preparing charts ahead of clinic sessions. This role offers hands on exposure to clinical care, close collaboration with providers, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment while training in medical terminology, developing strong medical documentation and communication skills, and exposure to medical decision making.
