Full Time - Retail Stocker - Grand Ole Opry

Job description

As a Retail Stocker, you'll work as part of a team to showcase our merchandise, deliver exceptional service, and help guests appreciate our musical legacy. You'll support the retail team by ensuring shipments are accurately received, stockroom is maintained, and sales floor is stocked, to quickly service guests' needs. Our retail locations range from traditional gift shop environments to live performance venues. You'll keep a well-organized stockroom and efficiently stock a high-traffic sales floor. As the ideal candidate you will be self-motivated and eager to contribute to a positive team environment. - Receive and process daily shipments. Maintain accurate accounting using current inventory management systems. Relay inventory concerns to leadership. - Inspect shipment for incorrect counts, damage, etc. Ensure issues are noted and all invoice documents signed. Communicate with warehouse as needed. - Maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor throughout the day. - Deliver exceptional service to all guests.
