Position Summary The DPPS Information Technologist IV provides strategic leadership and hands‑on technical expertise across critical infrastructure, security, and enterprise systems related to public safety functions. This role oversees the complex IT environment of the sole university law enforcement department supporting public‑safety operations, physical security platforms, and criminal justice technology services. The position ensures compliance with federal and state security standards, drives operational excellence, and advances a secure, resilient, and modern technology ecosystem.The ideal candidate brings deep technical proficiency, strong project leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across university administrative and academic units, alliance with the central university IT Services unit, and liaise with partner law enforcement agencies.
