The Opportunity Our client is a well-established residential design–build company specializing in custom home additions and indoor–outdoor renovation projects across the GTA. As they continue to grow, they are strengthening their field leadership team and are looking to add a hands-on Site Superintendent who can take ownership of day-to-day jobsite execution across multiple active projects. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered with consistency, quality, and a strong homeowner experience What You’ll Be Doing: You will take full ownership of on-site construction activities, leading crews and coordinating subtrades to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who is comfortable in the field and takes pride in running organized, well-executed job sites.
