Based at our Global Headquarters in Brussels, in order to further strengthen our Global Procurement team we are currently seeking an: Group Procurement Manager CAPEX (Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium) Reporting directly to the Group Procurement Director, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the category strategy for CAPEX (150M€) at group level. Key Accountabilities: Category Management: - Champion and embed the category management approach across the business - Apply category tools and ensure alignment with Procurement OpX standards - Understand and translate business requirements (AQSCI) into sourcing strategies - Develop and execute category strategies that maximize supplier leverage - Drive and track implementation of category plans - Stimulate innovation and build a strong pipeline of new/alternative suppliers Stakeholder Management: - Create and implement clear stakeholder and communication plans - Align diverse stakeholders and turn conflicting needs into shared objectives - Secure buy-in and approval for category strategies - Partner closely with senior leadership to align procurement with business g...
