Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience. - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA). - 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or MSA. - Experience with inventory and fixed asset accounting. - Familiarity with coding languages such as SQL or Python. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to drive complex operational initiatives. - Ability to work with a variety of data integration technologies. - Excellent investigative skills, combined with impeccable business judgment with the ability to communicate effectively and influence executive management.
