Wh at do we look for? - P erforming various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as (but not limited to) properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies - Restocking dishes in front and back of house - Assist ing with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested - L ight cooking and prepping duties - H andling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local re...
