Job Description Fuel is seeking a Performance Management Consultant to help deliver actionable, prioritized performance-oriented statements; improve an existing performance management (processes and measurements) into the client’s new business plan; identify and optimize key processes; address gaps between desired results and baselined measures; suggest resources and processes to close the gaps; and establish and facilitate a management review program. Underpinning these activities, the consultant will need to help the customer evolve from a mostly manual “dashboard” capability to an automated process using Tableau.
