Position Overview The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate solutions.
