SLF Lawyers are excited to be recruiting for our Commercial Litigation & Insolvency practice in Queensland. We are looking for an enthusiastic Paralegal / Senior Paralegal to join our Commercial Litigation and Insolvency team, based in either our Gold Coast office or our Brisbane office (or both). Your new role: You will bring a positive and proactive approach to exceptional client service and producing high quality work. Your variety of work will include: - Delivering high quality, accurate work while managing deadlines and competing priorities. - Taking carriage of commercial and financial recovery matters. - Letters of demand, claims and statement of claims, and applications for default judgment for debt recovery matters, under the supervision of Senior Lawyers and Partners. - Post judgment debt recovery and enforcement, including enforcement hearings, bankruptcy notices, warrants to seize and sell property, writs, garnishees. - Producing high quality work for recovery files and achieving turnaround times in a methodical, efficient and professional way. - Utilising client portals and communicating with clients to provide status updates and seeking instructions. - Assisting with...
