JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION The Team Leader will provide direct supervision for an outpatient Substance Use Disorders Treatment Team that provides the entire range of outpatient treatment services including IOP and other groups, Peer services, Therapy, Case Management, etc. The Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day operations of the outpatient program and staff. The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Team Leader oversees an outpatient treatment team providing IOP, trauma informed groups, individual therapy, case management, and peer services. Leading 8–10 staff, this role manages daily operations, ensures quality care, and provides both group and individual supervision.
