Job Description: Work location: Northern NJ CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Handling basic office repairs and maintenance. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Responding to maintenance service requests. Repairing/assembling office equipment, furniture, as necessary. Assist with relocations, office openings, and shuttling equipment/supplies between locations. REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, painting, and general product assembly.
