POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Coordinator within the Nuclear Medicine Program at Chattanooga State Community College is responsible for the coordination of effective and appropriate clinical education student experiences under the direction of the Nuclear Medicine Program Director, also assisting in the preparation and instruction of student laboratory experiences, sharing in the didactic course load. All duties would be carried out according to JRCNMT standards, guidelines and policies for an accredited sonography program, as well as College and regional healthcare community expectations. As a part of these responsibilities, the Coordinator will carry a course load of clinical duties primarily, with at least one didactic course and multiple laboratory assignments, thereby having the status of faculty member.
