Description This position requires an active State Physical Therapist (PT)or State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Applicants without a current PT or PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered. Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant – Full Time HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist OR Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a senior living community in DeMotte, IN. This well-regarded community provides inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, assisted and independent living, along with a robust outpatient program serving individuals of all ages. Its diverse patient population helps therapists maintain and expand their clinical skills.
