JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Co-Brand Acquisitions owns channel strategy and execution for the Marriott Bonvoy American Express Co-Brand portfolio, with a focus on driving aggressive new cardholder growth across Affluent and Small Business audiences. This role sits at the intersection of channel execution, bank partner collaboration, and cross-functional marketing leadership and requires someone who can operate independently at a senior level from day one. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Education and Experience: Required: - 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in cobrand card acquisitions. - Hands-on ownership of Paid Search, Paid Media, and digital acquisition channels with demonstrated budget and performance accountability - Demonstrated understanding of financial services marketing regulations and co-brand compliance requirements, including experience managing legal and compliance reviews across offer copy, channel placements, and creative assets in a highly regulated environment. - Deep understanding of the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty program, co-brand card acquisition economics, and the internal systems and processes specific to this portfolio -...
