Job Summary: The Trimmer Operator will o perate and maintain the Trimmer of the Binder to meet production standards, quality, and delivery requirements as directed by the Binder Operator and General Plant Supervisor . Duties/Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret job jackets to thoroughly understand the needs of the customer - Set up and operate trimmer and stacker including the fine tuning of trimmer to ensure minimal stops during operation for a smooth and trouble free production run - Constantly monitor quality of finished product to endure customer’s satisfaction - Give direction to the bindery trainee for the staging and stacking processes - Responsible for general preventative maintenance and inspection of the trimmer as required - Safely change blades using guards and the correct PPE Basic Qualifications: - Must b...
