Overview Starting rate: $62,400 - $67, 600 The Shared Living Program Director leads the administration and financial coordination of new referrals and supports Shared Living Coordinators through supervision, guidance, and coaching to ensure effective delivery service. Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Additional Shift Details: Monday - Friday Responsibilities: - Ensure implementation of philosophy of service delivery for Shared Living and implement the Advocates Way Philosophy and Intentional Care Standards. - Assure high quality supports by providing direction and supervision in all aspects of the program. Perform all responsibilities as identified in DDS regulations re "Placement Services”. - Participate in on call rotation of 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. - Supports programmatic needs in absence of Shared Living Director of Operations - Act as program liaison to DDS Area Office/s, Office of Quality Enhancement for Licensing and Certification, CARF and other Department personnel as delineated by Shared Living Director of Operations. - Act as liaison with other agencies involved in providing services to the individuals, we support such as day programs. - Maintain communic...
