Job Summary: The Flex Senior Director, Product Operating Model Design, partners with business units and product and technology leaders to define target user experiences, map end-to-end journeys, and identify the capabilities required to enable effective agile team structures and drive successful product transformation outcomes. This role designs and operationalizes fit-for-purpose product operating models (ways of working, governance, decision rights, funding, talent/skills, and tooling) to accelerate value delivery, improve customer and associate experiences, and increase organizational agility. Reporting to the Managing Vice President, Portfolio Planning & Product Delivery, the Senior Director will work closely with business unit executives, product management, technology, design, data, and transformation leaders to align strategy to execution, and define and embed new ways of working.
