Role Purpose: The Residential Property Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day delivery of Staff Residential Property services in Canberra. The role provides hands‑on coordination, administration, and customer support to ensure residential properties are safe, compliant, well‑maintained, and ready for occupancy , under the direction of the Assistant Facilities Manager – Residential Lead. Key Responsibilities: SRP Operations Support: Assist with coordination of SRP activities across acquisition, occupancy, maintenance, and exit.
