We are currently seeking an experienced Walter CNC Set‑Up Operator to join our team. Position Overview: The Walter CNC Set‑Up Operator is responsible for setting up, proving out, operating, and performing program adjustments on Walter CNC tool & cutter grinding machines to produce precision round cutting tools. This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and hands‑on experience grinding carbide and/or HSS tools to print. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate Walter CNC tool & cutter grinders (e.g., Helitronic series) for round tool production - Read and interpret blueprints, tool drawings, and engineering specifications - Load programs, make offsets, and perform minor edits to ensure tool...
