Description Employment Status: Part-Time: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly: Schedule: 3 hours per week (Mondays) Reports to: Pastor: Summary: The Housekeeper will clean, sanitize, and maintain areas by providing daily cleaning services for persons living in Assumption Seminary. - 403b Retirement - Employee Assistance Program Position Responsibilities: - Cleaning to include but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, waxing and vacuuming offices, resident suites, student rooms, guest rooms, chapels, bathrooms and meeting spaces in all Assumption Seminary buildings. - Develops and adheres to cleaning schedule (i.e. Resident priest suites) to assure cleanliness of seminary is maintained. - Communicates effectively with management to address issues or problem areas. - Communicates and collaborates effectively with staff/faculty to address cleaning needs/requests. - Stocking/Replacing of cleaning supplies where refilling is needed (i.e. bathrooms, meeting spaces). - Sanitizing/disinfecting frequently used areas around campus buildings (i.e. doors, tables). - Disposing of waste in Assumption Seminary buildings to designated area for pick up. - Organizing cleaning closets/carts for use....
